I am looking to produce a reminder of our forthcoming conference for our Elite Industrial Distributors.
The idea was to produce an A3 poster, which is mounted on foamboard, capturing the main points of
the conference (visual and a few words), I have tried to explain the scenes below and then to personalise
it with a caricature of each of the distributor principles.
There are 37 distributor caricatures. Two thoughts on how this may beachieved:
1. You turn up on the day and do a quick sketch onto a generic board
2. I provide you with photographs.(I went for this option!)
The conference will be held on at Stapleford Park near Melton Mowbray.

Description of the poster scene:
Main feature to be some kind of gun (howitzer) blasting out 3 new Wipes products under the following
brand names and targeted at specific markets:
Odex Catering wipes - catering and licensed trade
Deb - workshop and printing trades
Tufanega - heavy duty engineering trade
We need to provide you with pictures of these products (I worked from emailed mock-ups)
The wipes (Tufanega and Odex) can be seen parachuting into each of the 2 other scenes, perhaps even
with £signs on the parachute.

The words that describe the Wipes scene are: Growth market, Portable and convenient andNew Products

The other 2 scenes are to be more visual.

1. Odex scene:
A mock high street with a pub, hotel, bank, office block and leisure centre, with the land rover driving up
the street with a 300ml soap dispenser on the roof. The significance being that these are typical target
markets for the 300ml product.
The Odex Catering wipes would be seen parachuting into this scene

2. Tufanega scene:
This could be the place where Steve (Deb's Sales Director) meets the
customer caricature in front of some kind of sales graph for Tufanega sales
(going up of course) or perhaps with a newspaper headline of Tufanega sales
go through the roof. Probably needs some more thought.

The words around this scene are:
Range extension
Marketing support
Exclusive to industrial distribution

The Tufanega wipes would be seen parachuting into this scene.
