Richard Duszczak - Cartoon Studio If a vehicle or equipment that you are operating contacts an overhead electricity line, be very careful as this is an extremely dangerous situation. The line can remain live and energise the frame of the equipment or vehicle. Warn any bystanders to keep well away. If the vehicle is stuck and cannot be moved or lowered away from the line without getting out of the cab, then stay in the vehicle as this may be the safest place. If it becomes too dangerous to stay in (eg.if a fire starts), then jump clear of the vehicle(don’t climb down) and run away from the vehicle, avoiding any fallen conductors.
